Dear our clients: Belladerm Clinic welcomes you according to the instructions of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment. The establishment has the right to set its own exchange and return policy and follow this approach. Please review the following conditions: 1- Offers and services are exchangeable and not refundable. 2- The amount is refunded within 24 hours from the date of issuing the invoice, and the customer has no right to claim a refund after that whether in cash or through installment plans (Tamara or Tapy), and the refund is only in cash within 14 working days from the date of submitting the refund request. The customer has the right to transfer the amount to their relatives if they do not wish to continue the service. 3- The customer has the right to use the service within one month from the date of payment; after that, the establishment has the right to destroy the materials, and the customer cannot claim a refund. 4- If materials are opened to start the session, the customer cannot claim a refund. 5- The customer can exchange the service for another service according to the terms and conditions, provided it matches the amount or the difference is paid. 6- For touch-up services, whether paid or free, the customer cannot claim the service after confirming the appointment and not attending, after 14 days from the date of the session; after 14 days, a new session is scheduled and it is not considered a touch-up. 7- In the case of filler and Botox, the customer cannot claim the service after confirming the appointment due to material disposal after 14 days. 8- The service cannot be transferred from one customer to another, except in rare cases with the approval of management according to the terms and conditions. 9- If the customer wishes to transfer the service from one branch to another, the service must not have started as part of the promotional offers; if no service from the offers has been performed, the transfer of services to another branch desired by the customer is approved.
